Questions
Before you buy.
Is the Find Tag a GPS tracker?
No. It has no GPS chip and no battery. When someone scans it, their phone can send you its location if they tap “Share location” and allow it. If nobody scans the tag, it can’t show you where your dog is.
Is there a monthly or yearly fee?
No. You pay once. There is no subscription and no yearly fee for the tag or its alerts.
Will it suit a small dog?
The tag is a thin 1 mm disc of SS316 stainless steel that hangs from the collar ring, like a regular name tag.
Will it rust in the rain?
It is SS316, the marine grade of stainless steel, chosen because it resists rust. Rain, baths and swims are fine.
What if the tag arrives damaged, or I change my mind?
If it arrives damaged or it is the wrong item, we replace it free. If we have not shipped your order yet, you can cancel for a full refund. Call 88899 91800.
Does the person who finds my dog need an app?
No. Any phone camera opens your dog’s page in the browser.
Will a stranger see my phone number or address?
Your address never appears on the page. Your number shows only if you switch on “Let finders call me” in the app. Otherwise they reach you through the form.
What if my phone’s notifications are off?
You also get updates on WhatsApp.
What if someone scans it and doesn’t fill the form?
You still get an alert with the time of the scan and the rough area it came from.
How do I set it up?
Scan your own tag, log in with your phone number and the OTP we send, then add your dog’s name and photo. The tag is then linked to your dog, and alerts come to the IncrediPets app.
Can I mark my dog as lost?
Yes. Lost mode puts a “my family is looking for me” banner on your dog’s page and can add a reward line. Switch it off when your dog is home.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. The tag has a 12-month warranty from the day it is delivered. Call 88899 91800.
What if the tag gets lost?
A replacement tag is ₹299. You link it to your dog in the IncrediPets app.
How do I pay?
Online, before we ship. Delivery is free.
