Cancellation Support Policy

At IncrediPets, we are committed to fair, transparent, and professional support.Here's how our support process and policies work:

🗳️ Support Process

  • Every customer gets a dedicated RM for service coordination.
  • If the RM cannot assist, email support@incredipets.in or submit a callback request at Support Page.
  • Most queries are addressed within 24–48 hours, Monday to Saturday.

🔁 Cancellations & Refunds — Key Policy Highlights

  • Once a service is confirmed, it is considered final.
  • If you cancel within 24 hours of booking, a 30% processing fee applies. The rest is refunded to your payment method or wallet.
  • Cancellations after 24 hours of booking are non-refundable, except in verified, exceptional cases.

♻️ Replacements First, Refunds Next

Before issuing refunds, we aim to:

Replace the assigned service partner

Offer make-up sessions

Refunds are considered only after these steps have been tried.

Refunds May Be Considered If

  • Service provider is unavailable, and no alternative can be arranged
  • Natural disasters or lockdowns prevent the service
  • Medical emergencies (with documentation)

Refunds are on a pro-rata basis — based on unused sessions or remaining value — and must be requested within 3 days of service.

Refunds Are Not Applicable When

  • You change your mind or relocate
  • The pet is not available at the time of service
  • You provided incorrect booking information
  • The service cannot proceed due to undisclosed behavioral issues
